There's something fishy about her anathomy.
The line of the hair on top of her head has a wrong angle, the ears are quite big, the neck is very thick and her eyes are not on the same line.

The rendering and the hair is brilliant.

the hair is just brilliant, and she's a very pretty elf...the neck /chin line area c ould be a tad bit more defined..
